What information do we collect?
Information from your device
This includes information about your operating system, device identifier, carrier, language, battery performance, Wi-Fi or other network connections, and other data you allow the App to access on your device, including through permissions (for example, Google Play on Android).
Communications with us
If you contact us, including through the App's feedback form, we collect the information and content you provide, including personally identifying information such as your name, email or other contact details. You can give anonymous feedback by using an email account that does not reveal your identity.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can unlock content, and we keep an anonymous count of subscriptions.
Analytics information
We use third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends for the Services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Services, such as the screens you visit, and other information that helps us improve the Services. We combine this analytics information with that of other users so it cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual user.
Cookies, advertising identifiers and similar technologies
When you use the Services, we and our partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers, pixels, web beacons, local storage and similar technologies to collect information about how you use the Services and to provide features to you. We may ask advertisers or other partners to show ads or services on your device, and they may use these technologies too. On iOS, the App asks your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), you're shown a consent message before ads are personalized.
Log file information
Log file information is reported automatically by your browser or device each time you access a web page or app, and can also be provided when that content is downloaded to your device. When you use our Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring and exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and similar information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our users, which helps us see which emails are opened and which links are clicked. This information helps us report on and improve the Services more accurately.
